Okay guys, I would like to talk about sleep paralysis and vibrations. This subject is often part of the discussions. The dreamers who practice out-of-body experience and astral projection talk about it a lot.
Frequent questions about SP & Vibrations.
How to reach the vibrations?
What should I do when I feel the vibrations?
What do I do if I’m paralyzed?
How to prevent the paralysis?
Should we reach vibrations or sleep paralysis to have an astral projection, OOBE, or a lucid dream?
Keep up with this documentary, and you will have the answers to all these questions and much more!
Sleep paralysis is often synonymous with fear and discomfort. I want to clear it all up. I propose you take advantage of this situation rather than avoid it.
Instead of fearing the sleep paralysis, I propose transforming it into a beautiful experience of a lucid dream or an astral projection.
The nature of sleep paralysis.
Sleep paralysis is a very natural phenomenon that happens during sleep to everyone. So you are not alone to experience sleep paralysis.
When we sleep, absolutely everyone paralyzed. The only exception is the individuals who sleepwalk. It is a medical condition. Many children experience it and get rid of it as they grow. Adults who still sleepwalk find themselves sometimes in real danger with this condition or in very embarrassing situations. It is a subject on its own. We will focus on paralysis today.
Nervous system training.
The nervous system is still firing up through the nervous pathways, but the muscles will not respond. When you are swimming, running, flying in the dream state, or an astral projection, your physical body will not move, thanks to sleep paralysis. It is easy to understand the practical use of sleep paralysis in human life. You do not want to disturb your partner sleeping next to you while you flap your hands in a lucid dream.
As a consequence, your nervous system is training. While the muscles are paralyzed, the whole nervous system keeps firing up. Your brain and all the nerves behave in the same way as they would in the waking state.
Many individuals utilize dreams to train their abilities and report improvements upon awakening. You can easily extrapolate this from sports to other fields like arts and many more.
The sequence to Sleep Paralysis.
The usual sequence is: the critical mind and analytical thinking shut off, and the body enters sleep paralysis. For some individuals, sleep paralysis has begun, but the critical mind isn’t off. This is where the scenario of a nightmare begins.
Most people are not educated about sleeping patterns and sleeping stages. And especially with all the grandma stories and horror movies that we have watched, we have enough material in our minds to spook ourselves.
The “dream will to move” vs usual movement.
The beauty of sleep paralysis is that when it is in place, it means that the “dream machine” is ON.
YOU ARE IN A DREAM.
You will think that you feel your body, but it is your dream body that you feel. You will believe that you hear with your ears, but it is dream sounds you hear.
When you know this, all you have to do is move your dream body with the will rather than with the muscles. You will learn a little further in this documentary on working with your mind rather than the regular muscles.
What can still move?
So, sleep paralysis is a natural occurrence. So, the body is asleep. Interesting information for you: facial muscles are not paralyzed. You can still move your eyes; you can even move your lips or even say a few words. Moving your eyes in the dream state will make your actual ayes move in the same direction.
How to wake up from Sleep Paralysis?
I have found that if I talk in the dream state and come out gibberish, I know that I am activating the vocal cords of my body, which tends to wake me up. So, I usually stop talking in the dream state and use telepathy instead.
But if you wish to end an uncomfortable experience in the dream or sleep paralysis, then this is one method that you could try!
Fear of Sleep Paralysis – lengthens the SP.
If you feel the fear, usually it will deepen your experience and serve as an anchor to the dream state. “Fear” is also used as a weird anchoring technique to prevent premature awakenings. It is not in my anchoring arsenal. But I understand how some of you could manipulate that.
So guys who are having sleep paralysis and are scared, tend to elongate the experience of sleep paralysis. If you wish to end sleep paralysis and wake yourself up, as funny as it sounds, you need to relax completely.
All dreaming practitioners know that inactivity = awakening.
If you wish to end the sleep paralysis, you can also try to act on what is still in your command.
Stop SP with voice.
Start talking, and you can hear yourself mumbling, definitely, there is a chance that you activated the body’s vocal cords and that will wake you up soon.
Stop SP with excitement.
The heartbeat is not paralyzed, but usually, we do not have conscious action on the heartbeat. You can act upon it through the excitement level.
By putting yourself in a scary or exhilarating situation, you will increase the heartbeat and wake yourself up faster.
Stop SP with breath.
On the other hand, our breathing muscles aren’t paralyzed. We still keep breathing. So what you can do is: focus on your breath and changes the pattern to a quicker one. The body will interpret this as an exciting situation. Hence, there is, definitely, a higher chance that your body will wake you up.
So when the body detects that something is wrong, the body will wake you up. You just need to know that and take advantage of it if you wish to wake up. Or, on the contrary, you will avoid such situations to prolong your dreaming experience.
You are already in a dream.
You are basically already in your dream or astral body, but you feel yourself on your bed and wrongly think to be awakened. In reality, you are asleep and try to move any part of your body that is paralyzed.
The use of INTENT / WILL.
Instead, you need to get hold of your dream body with intent. Everything works with intent in the dream state. If you prefer to call it that way, your dream body or astral body does not escape your intent.
Your dream body answers to intent. Your body answers to the muscles. This is the main difference that you will need to understand.
The practice of the INTENT / WILL for sleep paralysis conversion to a Lucid Dream or an Astral Projection.
Here is a little exercise for you to better understand the nature of how it works in your lucid dreams and astral projections.
The next time you have shifted, try to fly without moving your arms or legs. Sometimes, just for fun, I sit in a lotus position in my dreams and fly that way without flapping my arms to swim in the air or moving my legs to make the first jump into the air. When you do this, you will realize what moves you – YOUR THOUGHT AND YOUR INTENT.
Don’t move, think to move!
What are the vibrations and what to do with them?
Let’s get rid of the confusion number one! We do NOT need vibrations to have an astral projection. It will be a waste of your time, to expect something that is not always there. Lucid dreamers attribute this to the shifting brain between different states. In contrast, spiritualists will attribute this to the energetic phenomenon.
The truth is that, it does not matter what your view on the subject is. Sometimes, you will experience the vibrations before your adventure, and more often than not, there will be no vibrational manifestations.
How does the vibrational state looks and sounds like?
The dream machine or the subconscious mind has great power. The dream state can manifest itself in a million different ways. Fortunately, we similarly experience many things.
Sounds coming from inside your head and they have a pattern of a build-up. The sound is increasing in volume and seems to be rising to the head. In the end, the sounds stop abruptly and sometimes conclude with a “POP”. Another “high pitch sound” is very similar to the recharging flash of a camera. The electrical sound of the capacitor recharging is the closest description of it. Some other times, it sounds like an earthquake in your room too, and many other variations can happen as well.
In this case, perform a reality check and get on with your adventure if the test is positive.
My favourite reality check is to close the two nostrils and try to breathe through. If you do, it means you are in the dream state and are just closing your dream nostrils, while your body can still breathe.
You do not need to wait for the vibrations to stop before performing the reality check. We can do it right away upon the detection. But if they stopped, make sure you do perform a reality check and so on, as I have just advised you.
I hope, we have cleared up a little of a mystery for today. I wish some of you start to transform your uncomfortable experiences of sleep paralysis into beautiful lucid dreams and/or astral projections. And some of you will improve the success rates during the inductions, by detecting and properly addressing the vibrations and sleep paralysis.
