Astral Projection & Lucid Dreaming

Although the subjective experiences push us to differentiation, the technical aspects of the practice are very similar if not the same!

Astral Projection approach obliges to possess at least a belief or an understanding in a better case that our body is not all that there is and that the world is composed  of layers upon layers of worlds often being seen from a transcendent perspective as a plane and is called Astral Plane. But this information is not verified by each and everyone. More often than not, we can agree to the usual saying among the practitioners of Shifting, OOBE, Astral Projection, The Phase and even Lucid Dreaming, that the experience is very personal. It is also possible for 2 individuals to share the same dream but do not tell exactly the same story – it is a little bit like 2 persons going to see the same movie but seeing the same movie with 2 different sets of eyes.

We also all agree that dream environment is infinitely flexible and hence could and possible is mimicking the expectation of astral projectors into their dreaming experiences. This statement is very difficult to argue with and there is no astral judge or astral sign post to welcome you into the experience. Hence your personal and very subjective experience is your only guide on your journey. After all, what matters more than your personal story?
