Easiest Induction
Many new practitioners start working through meditation or the inductions from the waking state – they require more skills!
The indirect approach that has been emphasized by Michael Raduga in his book The Phase is the UA approach where the practitioner takes advantage of the awakenings. It is described in detail on pages 9 to 16 in the free e-book. Yes, this is correct, you are 7 pages away from your next Lucid Dreaming, Astral Projection or an Out-Of-Body experience.

Alright so you are busy to read through, here is the part of it pre-digested by me. Like I said before, what many are not aware of is that often when we wake up – it is only an impression to have awoken into physical reality. In fact often we wake up in between or in a dream but we do not know about it and do not suspect anything. It is known as false awakening. We could actually wake up and go to the bathroom, drink some water and return to the bed thinking we woke up and went back to sleep – but in reality it has all just happened in the dream state and we have just been fooled by the enormity of how real a dream can be through all 5 senses.
First, we want to know where we are: in physical or non-physical reality. This is a real issue a novice has to deal with! Why? Because, a novice never makes a distinction between different types of experiences. A regular guy will have the bad habit to confuse dreams with waking experiences and that is why he or she will always be convinced in a dream that it is not a dream! So, first of all: where are we? For that, we have to make a test that does not initially engages a body movement: we can try to separate by imagining ourselves elsewhere – that will teleport us to the location we are imagining hopefully within few seconds provided we are already in the dream state, because these are the dynamics of the dream state – our intent of something is what directs our experiences. If that does not happen, it does not mean that all is lost and we are completely awaken. It can be that, of course, but it can also be a dream where we have failed to bi-locate ourselves to another location – that’s all. So, in this case, we can try to apply any other technique that uses the movements of the dream/energy body – phantom movement, focus on the sounds and look for strange ones, focus on visuals and see if something starts to appear in front of our eyes or simply perform a visualization. Any of the technique that starts with imagination or observation works when it is replaced by the real sensation or a feeling of a movement, vision or a sound. Please watch the video below that will give you a much better description of the simplified version of the indirect approach to induce your own altered state of awareness as a Lucid Dream or an Astral Projection or how I call it – The Shift!
